The categories below outline the product types Vida Ads is unable to onboard. This list is a guide, not a complete catalog — we may decline any offer we feel is not the right fit for our platform, whether or not it appears here.

Conditional Categories

ED — open for approval at a 10% processing fee, with no volume discounts.

CBD — considered on a case-by-case basis, provided the offer meets every one of these requirements:

Processing fee of 8% + $1 per transaction
Refund window capped at 180 days
Topical or ingestible formats only
No Delta-8 formulations
No Delta-9 formulations
THC content must stay below 0.3%. Anything above that threshold is treated as a controlled substance under DEA regulations and cannot be approved.
Valid product labels and a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) are mandatory and will be verified by our FDA-focused compliance consultant.
Subscription billing is supported
No free or paid trial offers
PayPal is not supported as a payment method
Available for sale within the US only

Categories we cannot accept

Content or assets you are not properly licensed to sell;
Anything that, at Vida Ads's discretion, facilitates the unlawful sharing of copyrighted media such as music, films, video, or games;
Offers claiming to cure conditions that have no recognized cure, including Cancer, Alzheimer's, Heart attack, AIDS, Herpes, Coronavirus, Diabetes (Type II is permitted), and COVID-19;
Spyware or other covert tracking software;
Outstanding debts or promissory notes;
Digital cash or stored-value currency;
Spending or deposit accounts;
Money transfer services;
Gift certificates and gift cards;
Securities, stocks, or bonds;
Deeds, titles, or ownership documents;
Lottery entries or sweepstakes;
Wagering pools, gambling, or betting of any form;
Adult or pornographic material of any kind;
Pirated software, cracks, or the tools used to create them;
Hacking utilities, including proxies, IRC/IRCd, BNC, Eggdrop, or SOCKS services;
Remote bots or automated control software;
Novelty gadgets;
Shell accounts;
Dial-up or dial-in access;
Phone services, phone minutes, cell messaging, or SMS bundles;
Spamming tools or mass-mailing software;
Fake identification tools or services;
Credit reports or credit-repair services;
Professional services such as accounting, brokerage, legal, medical, and pharmaceutical work;
Social Security number ("SSN") searches, lookups, or verifications, as well as term papers or other academic works;
Anonymous proxies or proxy lists;
Password lists, email lists, or postal address lists;
Hotel or travel reservations;
Seminar, concert, or other event tickets and vouchers;
Event reservations;
Franchises or franchise opportunities;
Sales of website clicks or traffic as a standalone product;
Keylogging software;
Smartphone unlocking services;
Automated trading software;
Public-domain content repackaged for sale;
Off-shore bank account setup;
Password-resetting or password-bypass software;
Resale of event or concert tickets and similar vouchers, including automated profit schemes;
Magnetic motor products;
Water-for-gas or similar fuel products;
Get-paid-to programs (surveys, shopping, data entry, and the like);
Multilevel marketing models (MLM, matrix, wheel, cylinder, downline, upline, chain, or pyramid) and any product whose only real value to the buyer is the chance to resell it;
Offers built around marketing through Craigslist or social networks in ways that breach those platforms' terms of use;
Any material that contains, endorses, or encourages discrimination, violence, hatred, revenge, racism, victimization, or criminal activity;
File-sharing or file-storage products;
Political or patriot-themed offers and products;
Dropshipping that is not fulfilled through Vida Ads;
Mushroom supplements; and
Any other category Vida Ads chooses to prohibit at its sole discretion.
